IP Video Surveillance Live! (Abbreviation IPVSL)
is a real time video server program that can be run on both Win32 and Linux platforms with
high performance. It captures live video
from input devices like web cameras and digital camcorders connected to your PC through
USB or IEEE 1394 firewire interface. Encodes video stream into Adobe Shockwave Flash
(SWF) objects or RTSP streams in H.263, H.263+, H.264 and MPEG-4 (IETF standards
RFC 2190, RFC 2429, RFC 3984, etc). These streams can then be published to the internet,
viewed by remote web browsers (webcasting) using html embeded SWF object, or by media
players using RTSP and other streaming protocols. That means you can monitor
your favorite spot easily from anywhere with internet connection.
IP Video Surveillance Live! helps you to achieve top user experience in
security surveillance and webcast applications, but with inexpensive webcams or DVs
rather than those costly professional image capture devices. With precise control
ability in video resolution, quality, frame rate and bandwidth, you can
reshape your video streams fast and simple to get smooth video casting even through
long distance transportation.
IPVSL also provides professional post image processing functions such as logo,
watermark and timestamp overlay.
