IPTV Live Video Encoding & Streaming Blackmagic Decklink

DeckLink is a series of capture cards produced by Blackmagic Design that allows a wide range of video formats output to or input from a computer using a PCIe. They are designed are for professional video capture and playback. And are commonly used in applications such as video editing, live streaming, and broadcast television. A variety of video and audio formats, including SDI, HDMI and analog interfaces are supported.

Stream from Blackmagic Decklink capture cards via Blackmagic Desktop Video SDK

Before setup, make sure to install latest Blackmagic Desktop Video software at https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support. It is NOT shipped with IPVTL software package.

Choose decklink as source type and click "..." button to select available decklink cards on your computer.

Tip: Decklink capture card can also work as Directshow source on Windows. See instructions to stream from Directshow devices.

Stream to Blackmagic Decklink playback cards

Select "Decklink Playback Card" as Target Format, and click "..." button to select available decklink cards with desired output format on your computer.
